How it all started.....

In November 2004 behind the scenes work commenced working towards opening a First National office in Ellenbrook.  Premises at the Woodlake Village Shopping Centre were secured and Directors Ron Lyster and Lou O'Hara appointed Lynda Briggs as Office Manager to coordinate the business.  On the 28th of January 2005 Ellenbrook First National opened its doors and two sales consultants and a Licensee joined Lynda.  July 2005 saw Lou O'Hara pursue other business interests and Ron Lyster continued as Sole Proprietor of Ellenbrook First National.  Lynda Briggs was made General Manager and a Director of the Company.  The Company grew and with the addition of two more Sales Consultants Ellenbrook First National was fast making a name for itself.

We needed more space....

In December 2005 an opportunity to expand the premises into additional space allowing Shopping Centre Mall access was provided and with a huge leap of faith Ron and Lynda decided to go ahead with a major renovation not even 12 months since opening doors.

It was time to take a close look at how we ran the business....

In September 2007 a major shake up of staff and procedures was made with the outcome allowing  Ellenbrook First National to provide a more professional, ethical and efficient service for Clients.  It was at this time that Lynda Briggs became an equity shareholder in the business. 

As the Principal/Licensee of the business Lynda is responsible for the day to day running of the office.  Ron remains active as a part owner of the Business but does not take an active daily role, he does however continue to pursue his property development portfolio from his South Perth office.

In August 2010 we relocated to brand new state of the art offices on Main Street, Ellenbrook.  Our business continues to grow and be part of the Community of the Swan Valley that we all love.
